This is a very unassuming hotel from the outside. But it is very comfortable clean & welcoming inside. Very friendly & helpful welcome . Very good stay .

,Great rooms and a really nice restaurant. Rooms spotlessly cleaned everyday with water and biscuits and a nice coffee machine to boot!

Clean and comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff. Free parking a bonus and excellent EV chargers (4) @ 7.5kW. If using the chargers, download the Monta App beforehand.

We arrived during the afternoon and checked in. We asked kg there was a chance we could keep the room until 12noon ascwe had travelled up to do a parkrun at Drumpellier Country Park. Reception staff were very obliging. We were allocated Room 212 om the 2nd floor which had everythinhvwe needed. Having had a wander around Coatbridge we reyurned to the hotel to see if there was a chance of a table in the restaurant. We had fabulous meals and deserts and would not hesitate in recommending the hotel or the restaurant to others
