Onsen hot public bath on 2nd floor with separate men’s and women’s facilities was wonderful wau to relax before going to bed. Excellent location for transit and walkable to prime Ginza shopping.

location is good, hotel is clean, staff is friendly, english language somewhat limited Cons: rooms are tiny, there is essentially extremely limited storage space. Considering rooms are tiny, this is very inconvenient. For breakfast you must order a meal, my suggestion is to have 100% buffet style and guests can eat what they want

Clean and comfortable hotel. Enjoyed the onsen but wish they provided towels at the public bath. We had to bring our towels from the room.
