The place was great! My kids enjoyed the property. Being able to jump off the dock into the water was a definite bonus. I’ll certainly try to stay here again on my next trip.

While visiting Illinois for a family reunion, we were fortunate to find this terrific property right on Lake of Egypt. Plenty of room to relax both in the house and out on the wide deck, firepit and boat dock. The beds were very comfortable, towels fluffy and the kitchen had everything we could've ask for in utensils, pots, pans, bowls etc. Had a little trouble with the lock box on the door and undercover lights in the kitchen but the owners were very responsive to texts. We can highly recommend and hope to stay there again!

House was great. Nice and clean. Perfect getaway. Great view, peaceful area. Next door neighbors little dogs are a little barky but friendly. The kitchen set up was ok, if you’re particular maybe bring your own knifes but other than that it was great.
