The room was clean but a bit tight. The hotel location is perfect, right on top of the subway station in the busiest area of the city. The breakfast buffet is good

Great location with metro station and Myeongdong shopping street right downstair. Nice view to N Seoul Tower. Staffs are nice and helpful. Waiting time for elevators a bit long. No USB sockets nor power sockets at bedside. Only a few power sockets in the room.

The wi-fi did not function during our 6 day stay. When selecting the listings to select, the hotel was not listed! Two employees did respond promptly. However both stated it was an issue with my laptop! Regarding the breakfast buffet (optional), no scrambled eggs, only hard boiled. No made to order omlets. No sausage or bacon. Did have some soup and pasta. No waffles. NO FRESH FRUIT CUT UP AND NO BANANAS OR APPLES. Regarding the room, I was informed I "used too many towels the previous day." We only had 2 people in the room! They refused to issue more towels until the following day! I took a shower and dried myself with the provided robe. The next day we left for sightseeing starting 9:00 am and returned at 4:00 pm. Towels and room service was to be performed during our absence and it was not! There are storage lockers that are free to use for luggage holding from check out until the flight. Some were in use and luggage could be viewed. Others appeared as available, but many did not have working locks. The staff was aware of this! However, I suggested they "tag" those at "Not Operating" and they seemed not interested or did not understand! The pay washing and drying machines did work well. The only positive remarks I could state is that we liked the area and it was close to restaurants and street food vendors. HOWEVER, WE WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS SAME LOCATION AGAIN! --Mike S. Instead of making me come all the way down to the front desk for the WiFi password, the gentleman at the desk could have simply read the password to me over the phone. I was calling from the room phone, so he knew I was a guest.
