Beware in the car parking area! Unfortunately, two very large and top heavy metal trolleys are left in precarious positions close to where many vehicles are parked. Having drawn my concerns to the attention of the staff, little was done to put my mind at rest. The delivery drivers, taking goods to the kitchen were blamed and the staff appeared to show little concern. I was informed, the day after I brought my concerns to their attention, that the trolleys had had their brakes applied, but that again did little to pacify me. The car I drove to Bradford was a three week old, brand new vehicle and I constantly felt that it was at risk of being damaged by one of these trolleys either falling, or being carelessly pushed. It did not help that the trolleys were left perched on a raised footway immediately next to the vehicles and in a location that could be easily accessed by third parties. We had a lovely stay, however, because of the City Centre location, the hotel can be subject to non-residents walking close to, and occasionally inside the lobby. Whilst we were there, a non-resident apparently got feisty and this resulted in one of the windows of the car park access door being shattered. My advice to the Manager of this Hotel, is that: prevention would be better than a cure.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was good too. Only downsizing were I couldn't use kettle because it wasn't completely clean I open the kettle and looked inside and there was some dirt in it and the outside too. Other one is hairdryer you need to keep push to button in order to dry your hair but it was so tiring. The only downsides were that I couldn't use the kettle because it wasn't completely clean. I opened it and looked inside, and there was some dirt in it. The outside wasn't clean either. Another issue was the hairdryer. You have to keep pressing the button to dry your hair, which was really tiring. As there was no air conditioning, the room was heated by the hotel, but it was slightly cold. If I hadn't brought enough clothes, I don't think I would have had a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a good stay, but there is room for improvements.

The hotel is dated. It was comfortable enough but there are nicer city centre hotels that this.
