Terrible! The entire lobby was torn apart. Clearly, they were remodeling... but there was NO mention of that anywhere. The place was in a sketchy part of town... didn't feel safe. The halls reeked with the strong smell of Marijuana. There was no breakfast, no ice machine, and the rooms were clean but marginal! I will not return. Terrible! We left a might early, even though they refused to refund my stay!

Microtel Inn @ Lodi, CA is a terrible place run by terrible management! DO NOT stay at this hotel! They have crappy customer service and they refused to give my money back when I canceled a day before my stay. They collected my money knowing that Hotels.com emailed and called the manager to cancel my stay on 7/22/26. Terrible people! Let this be a learning lesson for you and DO NOT use or stay at this hotel! Go elsewhere. I will never use their services at all! You’re welcome!

Thought it would be a bit smaller but it was great! The staff was super helpful and accommodating. As well as easily accessible room with lots of moving around space. Definitely staying here again
