The internal telephone was broken. The shower drain was clogged and very dirty.

everything is up to expectation as a 4 stars hotel. probably the only thing worth mentioning is the obvious insufficient parking, although the parking lot in next building are open for hotel guests, it is not covered and kind of troublesome during raining day.

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The pool was shaded and cool even in March's heat wave! The breakfast buffet had everything we could want, and more.

We booked 2 rooms with the king bed over looking the beach. Overall, we stayed total of 13 nights for the 2 rooms. The hotel staff were helpful and professional. One of them, Tirah, she went above and beyond for us. She resolved our problem when cigarettes smoke permeate our room. The food at the restaurant was also good.
