The room's are hot, construction is taking place *somewhere* so gone is the idea that your room is a sanctuary from busy Paris. The staff aren't rude, but there's nothing beyond the bare room they will give you, spare pillows? Fan? Nothing. The room also wasnt 'clean', it needed a good deep clean before anyone else used it. Though I doubt that will ever happen as it feels like management want to run it into thr ground to maximise profit. I'd steer clear if you stay in Paris.

Very good position for Paris, rooms are good and very clean, personnel is very kind, but the internet was very poor, so if you need to work ( and i needed) ask for a room with a certain good access to the internet.

The air conditioning in the room is too slow; it isn't enough to cool the room down. There is no rooftop terrace, and according to the staff, there never has been one. Yet Hotels.com describes this rooftop terrace and posts photos of it! We had specifically chosen this hotel for the air conditioning and to enjoy a panoramic view of the July 13 fireworks at the Eiffel Tower, so very disappointing.

The hotel was okay but probably not a 4 star. The rooms were a little tired and looked like they needed a refresh. AC worked which was great as it was very hot. The hotel staff on the whole were friendly. We used the bar and had food at the hotel which was nice but a little expensive.
