Great location. Convenient parking. Grrat to have performant airco in the middle of summer.

We booked a Classic Twin Room, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the standard expected of a 4-star Mercure Accor property. The bedroom itself was reasonable, but with a very strange layout, and the bathroom was extremely tight on space. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of quality facilities. Finding only paper cups in the room with absolutely no glassware/cups felt incredibly cheap, and the provided hairdryer was of a very poor standard. To make matters worse, on the morning of our departure, we had until 12:00 PM to check out. Despite this, we had three separate housekeeping staff knock on our door starting from 9:30 AM. We felt this was highly intrusive and entirely inappropriate for our last morning. Overall, the stay felt substandard, and fell well short of the quality you would expect from this brand.

Beautiful hotel, great location near public transportation. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, eggs, sausage, bacon as well as all the regular Continental style foods. Only downside was getting to the location via car. This is a semi pedestrian zone and it was very complicated to get to the hotel. Make sure you contact the hotel and get your codes and directions.
