Hotel really nice, A bit far from city centre (40 minute walk) however city centre parking prices, we where just staying 1 night at the end of a tour through Germany, charged €28 for 1 nights parking (most expensive on our travels) Also front desk staff, not very pleasant on arrival seemed to think he was more important than the customer, check out staff much more friendly

Not the nicest hotel - located in the outer part of Hamburg. Can be used for a overnight stay in Hamburg. I was surprised the smoking was allowed in some rooms and smoke could be smelled in the entire floor. Also, it's not really a cozy hotel. Area did not feel safe - we took a taxi home after dark.

The hotel was ok except for malfunctioning air conditioning. The staff said the air conditioning did not handle the heat. We did not sleep much the three nights we were there...

Traveling with two kids and my wife. Got a really bad room speaking of air condition. Very hot, i told the reception about this and they did nothing to fix it or did not advise me to change room.

We booked this hotel especially because of Air Codntioning, as advertised on the website and when we checked in AC wasn't working at all. When we asked staff about this, they said AC is broken and they are looking to fix it. We stayed there for 3 nights and they didnt fix the AC at all. It was terribly warm inside the room and we tried to open the windows, but it was too noisy, as it was next to the main road. There wasn't any fan or anything, when we asked few times they provided small fan, which was not enough to cool the roon enough.
