Excellent place to stay. Hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the location to old town was perfect. if you are planning on a visit to Brugge this is the location. one block to the left and you have a boat ride ride and a very interesting beer collection. (Don't forget Tin Tin and the Smurfs. Go a block the other direction and you have the square with plenty of good food opportunities. Or go on a horse cart ride.

Check in is always slow at this hotel. I have stayed there 4 times and it is the same every time. Check in staff seem permanantly distracted and queues often build up. The hotel in general is good but expensive. Its in a great location for tourists visiting Brugge, but it does lack a warm welcome.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room which wouldnt have been too bad but the self service starbucks machine in the lobby was down. Bar not open on the sunday whic meant we had to use the beer garden, which was great apart from it was open to all and there was a group of irish gypsies using it with about 12 of the most feral kids known to man running amok between the four very loud couples.

Great place, close to the Markt square, modern and clean. A thing to note is they dont have complementary bottle of water or coffee machine in the room, they have a expensive Starbucks self vending coffee machine in the lobby and a grab-n-go type convenence place. There are tons of attractions and food & drinks places around so it didnt matter that much but we need coffee as soon as we get up and going down for Euro 3+ cup didn't feel good. Also in our room the AC was leaking and tech never came to fix it.
