We stayed at the hotel for one night after arriving on a late flight. A taxi from the airport after midnight cost €20. We had a warm welcome in reception on arrival. The room was very clean, quiet and a balcony with a side sea view. The breakfast was served in a top floor room with amazing views of the harbour. The hotel location is excellent as close to the harbour, main shopping area and the bus station. The hotel is excellent value for money for a short stay. I would return again if in Heraklion.

Stayed for two nights. Got a room on the first floor that was really dark and looked over to the neighboring building. It was small, the bathroom even smaller and very dated. The pictures on the website I found misleading. The staff was very friendly. Location is good. However due to the departure of the aircraft’s you have noise until 3 AM. The breakfast was ok.

Room were clean, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was great. Good location near the port and restaurants. It is basic accommodations. Nothing fancy but worth staying especially if you're on a budget.

This is a great spot. Clean and quiet, most rooms with little balconies. The included breakfast and upper floor space is wonderful, Would stay here again. Good value! A deal!!

Got the job done, the rooms are very small and aged. Breakfast buffet was great. Air con is so-so in the rooms.

A very clean hotel and room. It is a very basic room, we were only staying 1 night, and would be disappointed if staying longer. Only 1 bedside table, there was space to hang clothes, but smaller items would be left in case. Breakfast in the 6th floor dining area was very good, with great views over the harbour.
