Fabulous hotel - staff is Marco Polo's best asset. I had a room with continental club and this had a generous food options and 3 hour evening cocktails. I was a solo traveller. Some parts of hotel shows age - however overall character and service will make Marco Polo my first choice next time in Hong Kong.

Overall stay was amazing! Location and breakfast selection were awesome, & the room was spacious. The only minuscule negative aspect was the scent of the lobby was not great, as on some days it had a sewerage scent. But you don’t spend much time in the lobby so it didn’t have any impact on our stay.

The staff were amazing !! We had serious reservation issues that they totally resolved with patience. Stayed 4nights and enjoyed the breakfast/dinner restaurant - its staff were also great. It was a nice location for us by Victoria harbor. Would most definitely stay there again !!

The hotel boasts a prime location and is conveniently connected to shopping malls. The lobby is beautifully designed and well-presented. However, the rooms are outdated, with worn furniture, and the bathrooms are small and also in need of renovation.
