The staff was very friendly and super helpful whenever we needed anything. We were always greeted with friendly smiles and a “bonjour” every time we walked through the lobby. We were upgraded to a “large” room at no charge. The room wasn’t very big, but we had what we needed. The rooftop bar has a great vibe.

Super lovely staff who helped us navigate the city and parking, and cool place to stay, found a few small stains on the towel and sheet but other than that an excellent stay

Our room was tiny but neat. The problem was that in a recent heat wave we had little to no air conditioning in the room. It was 39c outside. The manager sent a technician who was not able to fix the problem but did come up with a fan. Also the cube fridge was not cooling and the technician was unable to fix it. Upon checking out after a two day stay we were offered a refund for one night.
