The Malmaison was in a good location for what I needed during my stay in Liverpool on this occasion. I was allocated a good room with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. My breakfast was excellent with a good range of options. The food is nicely cooked and tasty at this hotel. I received a warm welcome from the staff at check in. I would book here again on another visit to Liverpool.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Reception treated us like royalty and the extra detail they went to for my mum was outstanding. Restaurant was tremendous as were the staff overall. Will be here again 100%

We had to get staff to come and clean a stain off the bedside table. The room itself looks dated, the furniture is dark wood and chipped. It looks like a cold bachelor pad. Location is good.

Lovely hotel for the price in a great location. This was our second visit & its ideal for a weekend in Liverpool only gripe is the parking - its a shame you'll probably use the nap next door for convenience sakes but its £24 for 24 hours so not cheap. be good if the hotel could arrange something for guests.
