Hotel was brilliant....great location as slightly out of town. Easy walk though into Brighton and great cafe 'Reading Room,on the way. Very helpful booking in/out. Great room ,with all amenities overlooking harbour. Fab plentiful breakfast. Freebie cocktails !!

Absolutely fantastic just wished we could have stayed another night. I’m super giddy and I could not fault anything at all. The staff were amazing and the best sleep I’ve had in a long time as the bed was incredibly comfortable. We’re already planning our next stay which will be with them.

We had a lovely time staying in one of the suites (De Mar) it was a unique experience and so much space. Bath and shower were fantastic and the bed was so comfy. Great nice sleep!

Everything was great. The view of the harbour was beautiful and the breakfast was lovely. The room was a little small, but that didn’t bother us. Would recommend the hotel.

We booked a sea view room and the view is nice, but there is an open balcony area accessible from all the sea view rooms on that level. This meant other guests were outside our room all night playing music and chatting loudly. We would come back to this hotel but would avoid the sea view rooms next time
