Staff and hotel was amazing. They let us check in early since we flew on the red eye. Was nice to be able to lay down a bit before going to game. Not far from the stadium was a bonus

The overall stay was just what I was needing. A nice place to stay for one night that wasn't overpriced, but still comfortable and safe. Lux met all those expectations and was conveniently located to the places I needed to go. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and greeted me by name as I was walking in the front lobby.

The location was good and the property has potential. However, our bathroom was disgusting, there was hair all over the floor, tub and counter. There was a used contact on the floor and an old bar of soap in the tub. Brand new towels that were folded up had hair in them too. The Internet for the TV did not work 90% of the time and the excuse we got was we are sold out and everyone is on it. When we informed the front desk about our bathroom at 8am they said they would clean it. Arrived back at 5pm and it had not been touched. Call the front desk and they had no clue what i was speaking of. Breakfast was trash and the drinks in the bar were overly expensive. Customer service was a 0 out of 10. Staff from all shifts did absolutely nothing to fix any of the situations and acted as though we were a bother. I asked to speak to the manager 3 times, they even took my number down and I never got a call. Please don’t waste your money here.

Breakfast was slim pickings. Our room had a broken shower curtain rod and the mattress was pretty firm. Overall a good value and would consider staying again.
