My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days while we were working around our trip to Machu Picchu. This hotel was wonderful. The staff are not only super accommodating and helpful, but the hotel itself was very nice. A cute little courtyard area that led into a sitting room of sorts that was wonderfully decorated. A free breakfast that gives you everything you need to feel great going into the day. And while the rooms wouldn't be considered "fancy" in comparable to a place like the Ritz, the room was incredibly clean, the sheets were sooooo comfortable, and it was the perfect place to come back to at the end of a long day. And most importantly, the cost was affordable for everything you get. Very short (and cheap) uber ride to the main square, and just a 10-15 minute walk. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay in Cusco!

Very central hotel, close to main square. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Had a meal in the restaurant one evening which was fine. Shower hot, bed comfortable. Highly recommend

The room was spotless and had a lovely scent. It was a bit chilly on the day so the radiator in the room was a fantastic addition. Breakfast was delicious and the staff super attentive and kind. Would definitely stay again!

Although I stayed in August (winter), the room wasn't cold and an oil heater was provided. The bedding was high quality, which was great. There's a free tea corner in the common area. You can use the water dispenser if you bring your own bottle. The WiFi was excellent. I enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff were kind and helpful.

From front desk to Restaurant staff were always smiling, helpful and always ready to help you. Receptionist were always welcoming us back with a “Buenos dias” “Buenas tardes” That little detail gives that sensation of you being welcomed back home. Totally recommend this Hotel.

Absolutely loved everything about this charming hotel with EXCEPTIONAL staff. Lovely courtyard, attentive staff and easy walk to so many wonderful restaurants.
