We selected this hotel specifically for its rooms featuring two spacious beds. The property offered an appealing lounge, restaurant, and spa facilities. Our accommodation on the third floor was compromised by inadequate housekeeping services. The vacuum cleaner remained in the hallway daily, and the carpet showed no evidence of proper cleaning. The hotel would benefit from renovation and modernization efforts. Easy access to London Underground but area is very busy.

Just back from a lovely 2 night stay. We came to London to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday, this was also her first time visiting London. We were extremely early but the hotel was happy to hold our bags until check in so we could go off and explore London. We came back at check in to lovely refreshments being offered before going up to our room we were upgraded to.a beautiful executive room with an incredible view of the tower br bridge. Whethe hotel was lovely and quiet. Very comfy beds, really helpful staff, and an excellent location with a tube . We would definitely stay here again.

Bookings aren’t bookings at Leonardo! Turned up to check in late and tired, no, we don’t have any rooms left. Get in a taxi and get sent across London to another Leonardo hotel to be put in a hot stuffy room where the Air Con switches off after a few minutes. No refund or partial refund offered, I’ll never stay at Leonardo again nor will my Company. Bookings and profitability obviously prioritised over customer satisfaction and a total lack of competence in communicating to us that there was no room (we’d even been to reception and dropped bags off earlier in the day!) despite emailing us 20 times about nonsense they couldn’t be bothered to tell us that there wasn’t a room.
