A little disappointed. I had been there two years ago and it was so much better. Not well-maintained … Staff is great. Breakfast was normal, but not fabulous.

Dirty carpets, no fridge in the room, £160 a night on university move-in weekend, extremely disappointing stay.

The hotel was clean, but the bathroom was small. The shower in our room didn't drain properly so you were standing in tray full of water as you showered. It took about 10 mins after finishing to drain away. The breakfast was OK but not really worth the £17 if you hadn't booked in advance. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful and we had a good sleep.

I booked a double room & my expectations were high, as I have stayed at other Leonardo’s. I was given a disabled twin room which was pretty smelly & minging tbh. Not a pleasant experience.

I travel to Sheffield several times a year and always stay at Leonardo Hotel. It’s handy for what I travel for and staff are always helpful. I will be here again in October.
