Had to move rooms on our request due to hotel works as our initial room was being drilled directly outside so why they put us in there ??? The hotel was ok but in our opinion cheaper and better hotels in Cardiff. The lady working in the bar deserves a special mention. Very polite and hard working I only wish I remembered her name .

We stayed at The Leonardo Hotel for one night. We parked in the Grey Friars NCP car park located 100yrds around the corner. On arrival the sweet lady greeted us. She gave me a 15% off discount code to use for parking. Check in is at 3pm. Id requested an early check in if possible. This was granted. We were given directions to our room. 2nd floor room 222. Great size room. Bright and airy. Tea and coffee making facilities were available. The room and bathroom were clean. Very comfortable large King bed. Breakfast was from 7 until 11 on a Sunday. There was a vast variety of food to cooked from. We had the full English. It was all carvery style to hellpourself to

Friendly helpful staff, great location. Carpark expensive at £25 per day. Cleanliness of the room average or just below. Lots of foreign hairs around the edge of the bathroom floor, which could do with a thorough steam clean. Carpet had a few stains and the vents in the ceiling needed a clean as they were very dusty and had cobwebs.
