Door didn't shut all the way, Only 3 pillows on a King bed. Then staff entered in our room early, without knocking, thinking we were customers in a different suite number that should have been checked out that were squatting. The breakfast wasn't at all sufficient to description. Room fixtures weren't clean.

The hotel pictures online did not match the actual hotel, this was definitely false advertising. The hotel had a placard from the better Business bureau hanging in the office in which they are not accredited and have an "F rating". There was no hot water in the room and when buying my caregiver addressed the staff we were told we would be accommodated however in the end we are provided no services and had to leave and get another hotel. The staff was very disappointing, "lair" or "completely unprofessional" would be the nicest ways to describe him. I am a disabled veteran and this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I reported the hotel to the BBB Better Business Bureau and hope in the future they treat their other guests with more respect and compassion than I and my caregiver were given.
