The property is very spacious, pretty has a very good beach, good amenities, restaurants with a great variety of food, staff wonderful very professional. Rooms are simple.

Its great location and beautiful hotel. We loved the adult pool, although it can get very crowded and there are not enough chairs for everyone. We had to wait for someone to leave to get a chair the first day. 2nd day we went earlier to ensure we got a chair. Staff in the buffet dining area were very rude to us and the food was not that great. Also ate at the seafood restaurant for dinner. Was not freshly cooked and was way overcooked and dry. Will probably come back to the hotel, but will surely not be eating at their restaurants.

The property is located just a short ride away from the Walled City and other major attractions. As others have mentioned, the pools are nice which is a bonus considering the beaches near the property are less picturesque than other areas. One thing to note is that several of the amenities, including some of the pools and most of the restaurants in the tower were closed during majority of our stay due to low occupancy. Given that there are limited eateries within walking distance, this can be quite inconvenient. Another annoying thing was that our room keys would stop working after a few uses; this happened on three separate occasions requiring my husband to walk down to reset the keys. If you are sensitive to noises or a light sleeper, ask not to be assigned to floor 8 with a street facing view (we got #803). There must be a club or something of the sorts because one night the club music was nonstop from 10 pm to about 3 am. We can stand noise, but this was beyond. Overall it was a fine stay and the staff was pleasant.
