Could I be nit-picky and find tiny things that were less than perfect? Sure, but why when overall this was an amazing value for the price!! Loved the apartment style accomodations with kitchen, washer/dryer and most amenities you could possibly want. Staff were super nice and helpful and we loved the on-site restaurant and pool! It's also near many good restaurants, theme parks and shopping. Some say it's dated but our room was really nice and clean. Would absolutely stay again if the price is still that great!

The master bedroom setup was a bit weird. The bathroom shower and sink was out in the open. Thank goodness the toilet had a door. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working. The property is not a resort type of atmosphere, doesn’t have trees, open area grass, etc. it’s right on a street. For the price, it was good. I don’t think the management realized the actual owners of the unit are not updating their appliances and carpet cleansing. The staff were very nice though.

I had called the day before and was told that they would allow an early check in at 12pm. However when I showed up the next day, the front desk gal stated I could not do an early check in and there was no note in my account. After 30 minutes, we were able to do an early check in. Two days later when I called down and asked if housekeeping could clean our room, I was told it would be a $50 charge. Never was it mentioned at check in that if we ever needed housekeeping that there would be a $50 charge. Won’t be coming back.

We had a nice time at this resort. The staff at check-in was very nice and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious for my family and clean. The kids loved the pool. Close to shopping...The only reason that I did not give excellent was due to the lack of heads up on parking and options. Also, the moment we stepped off the elevator onto our floor, we were hit with a very strong odor of mold and mildew. Our apartment did not smell of this, but the hallway was unbearable. It caused me to flare up. Hopefully, they replace the carpet. However, with all of that being said, we will definitely try them again!
