Easy check in and check out, staff was nice. Rooms had moist carpet, dirty tub bottom in the shower and paper thin walls.

Well we got one room and it was bad, carpet sticky and made my feet black, door took 5 times to lock, why too much bleach or cleanser, ac didn't work and some carpet was cut out. So we needed another room, we got one and it was better but not great.

The lobby and rooms have an overwhelming smell of disinfectant yet the lobby floor is dirty and so was the tile floor of our room. The refrigerator in our room was on but couldn’t keep even one bottle of soda cool. The TV was in operable. It would turn on but that’s all it did. We tried two different remote controls to try and get channels and both did not work nor did they have batteries on hand to replace the remotes. There is free WiFi, however there was zero signal strength in our room. The staff at the front desk and breakfast room are friendly and the shower has decent water pressure and hot water but those are the only positive things about our two night stay. We’ve stayed at this location a few times over the years because it’s close to the family we have but unfortunately we won’t be staying here any longer.

I’ve been to this location before and it’s OK! The rooms are pretty decent. The help I get once I check in is great Shayla. She’s very welcoming great attitude, great personality. Great smile from star to end! To greet you like a friend, not a customer and that’s great customer service!!
