La Quinta was an acceptable budget option for New York. The property is dated (80's vibe) and the pool wasn't available but the room was spacious, clean and had all the essentials. It was quiet despite there being lots of other guests and there was no noise from outside. It's not luxurious but unless you plan to spend lots of time there it was fine. The property is well served by bus 320 which stops immediately outside and is very convenient. We would stay again for a relatively budget option, as we really only slept and ate breakfast there.

shower pressure was minimal, bus stop was right across the street so very convenient to get into times square, very good breakfast, room was clean, water took forever to heat up in the shower but had a heat lamp?? weird but cool as well

Staff was good as far as front desk. Didn't have a need to interact with other staff members. Rooms appeared clean. Only 4 channels on TV....was stuck watching the Food channel. Refrigerator didn't work and did not receive a replacement after asking. 3 beers at a time in the ice bucket worked though. Other than that, it was an ok stay for the price compared to other hotel prices in the area.

The bathroom was moldy and had hair in the bathroom. The mattress for the pull out sofa was disgusting. It had stains all over it. Beautiful view but the windows were so disgusting that you could barely see through them. Ending up leaving less than an hour after checking in with my family.
