The main lobby smells strongly of cleaning product, the check-in staff was not very helpful, we stayed on the 2nd floor, both elevators were not clean and upon arriving to the floor we were hit with a nasty stench - unsure if it smelt like old lasagna or just uncleanliness. Our room was overall pretty well kept aside from each pullout couch - both mattresses were excessively stained as we as the mattress covers. The towels also had hair stuck in them which was less than ideal. We didn’t bother to stay for breakfast.

This was the dirtiest hotel room we have ever stayed in and was in a shocking state of disrepair. The carpet and upholstery had food stains & particles, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned, the shower faucet was loose and it was hard to shut off, baseboards were dirty, there were paint splatters on the curtains, the hand lotion dispenser was mounted on the wall and lotion was dripping down the wall. There was a metal trim installed around the carpet under the beds that was actually sharp and a safety hazard. There are too many other things to mention. We have photos if anyone in management wants to see them. Does not meet normal La Quinta standards.

It was clean. The neighbors were extremely noisy at 3am slamming doors and inconsiderate of anyone else around them trying to sleep while having full conversation uses their outside voices. The a/crattled loudly we placed 2 cups underneah to stopped the noise so we could sleep. The bathroom had

Heads up, no pool! Don’t bother bringing swimsuits for the family as there is no actual pool currently available for use. Shouldn’t advertise with it if it’s unavailable or under construction.

We had to pay $225 per night after taxes etc. When we got in the room, the refrigerator did not even work. I had to pull it out and try different things and finally got it to work. Just wasn’t a pleasant stay for us for the money. Sorry!
