Each staff person we encountered during our stay was friendly, welcoming, professional and had a positive attitude. Every area was very clean and our room was very comfortable. We would have enjoyed having more than one chair in the room. The breakfast choices were very good and satisfying. It was a relaxing, welcoming place to stay, especially after a long drive.

The Jacuzzi jets seemed to be very weak and didn't blow out very much water or air.

For 1 night, this would be "fine." We stayed 4 nights. Our room was never cleaned. On day 3, I asked the front desk & was told you have to request cleaning in the morning. There was no notice (although another guest said they had a sign in their room). I requested wet towels removed, trash emptied and more T.P., which they did do. I had hung the "service please" tag on the door all day. Breakfast is just okay. I would not return.

Our doorknob literally fell off. We were told the issue was fixed. Come to find out that the door wouldn’t lock. When we brought up the issue and said we were leaving they promised they would take care of it and lock the door. We had to leave for a reservation. When we got back the door was NOT locked. The front desk told us the only option was to change our room. Our door was never fixed😭
