We stayed here twice. Once before we started the Tour du Mont Blanc and after we finished. The views are great, the spa was nice, but our room had what looked like blood spots on the ceiling and on the bed sheet itself. The staff are 50/50 when it comes to friendliness so it depends on who you interact with and when. Cleanliness seems to be hit or miss. Service hit or miss. Food hit or miss. Very mid, 6-7.

This was my first stay in Chamonix and it was such a great experience! The hotel was incredibly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was a fantastic bonus. The location was everything — perfect for walking around and exploring Chamonix. A great start to my trip and I would absolutely stay here again!
