This project began with the purchase of a traditional Cantabria house built entirely of stone and wood around 1900. At the time of purchase the building was practically in a state of ruin and with a lot of work and enthusiasm we got it to be what it is today. In the rehabilitation we use materials from the area, we reuse the house's own materials and at all times we try to respect the typical architecture of the area. In the rehabilitation and implementation of this project I invested infinite hours of work and all the illusion of world; Today I feel proud of the result and I am rewarded the effort for the enjoyment of the people who visit us. And once the building has been physically reconstructed, I put all the illusion into improving every day details and offering those who visit us the best of me, with the intention that they enjoy this house and this wonderful land that is Cantabria. One of them is 1 house for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and the other building is composed of 2 independent houses, 1 house for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 1 house for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms and a small studio with kitchen and bathroom, with capacity for 2 people, which can be rented independently or as an additional room for any of the other houses .. Each of the houses is independent of the others and has its own entrance and complete equipment in each case. In case of being a large group, we can make combinations between the different houses, up to a maximum of 18/20 people, since one of the houses has a large living room-kitchen of more than 60 M2 with fireplace and a large table, ideal To enjoy the common moments.
