The check-in office and breakfast dining area smelled of cigarettes. There was no protein in the breakfast selection. The ice machine was at the end of the building. Was roomed on second floor (okay if you don’t mind stairs). There was only one thin blanket and a bed spread. The room gave my kid a nonstop runny nose from allergies. The cable was great and the availability and price were great. The room was good sized and had a sofa.

I booked a room for my 20 yr old daughter because she was coaching a high school volleyball club team and there was a tournament. After her long day she went to the hotel to check in and they would not let her check in because she was not 21 yrs old! So my daughter had no place to go in a town she was unfamiliar with and no rooms available near by due to the vb tournament

The check in lady was the rudest check in receptionist we have ever dealt with. We paid for our room and on our way to room our truck broke down. We just wanted to get to our room and sleep and she would not let us due to not having our id which we left in our broken down truck. It was 2:30 am we had nowhere to go and our truck was an hour away. We took a cab there. It was prepaid and we had other forms of I’d on us and she said she didn’t care if we had nowhere to go. We were so lucky our cab driver was so nice and he drove us the hour back to our truck. We freezed our butts off all night but was just thankful for shelter. We had paid for this room two nights before arriving. She treated us like scum. The least she could have done is let us sit on their couches in the lobby till morning and at least we would have been warm. We will never ever book any reservation at that hotel. We travel a lot and that was the worst experience we have ever had. The check in lady was the rudest person we have ever ever dealt with at any business. We will be contacting management and hotels.com

The TV remote didn't work. The property has lots of homeless people walking by. And hanging around the property. It was a clean room and bathroom. Really close to the freeway you can hear it inside your room. If your ok with that stuff it was an overall ok place to stay for the night.
