Located two blocks from the heart of Broad Ripple, this newly renovated home provides the uniqueness of comfort and adventure! Stay at the property and enjoy all of the exciting features that it offers, or head down to Broad Ripple and explore the amazing shops, bars and restaurants that make it the incredible place that it is! Guests have access to the entire house! It is a duplex, so obviously you only have access to your side of the house, But you will have access to every room in there! The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There`s a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails! There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops). - Just FYI, you have to walk through the middle `bed` room to get to the main two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have doors to close off the middle `bed` room though for privacy. - The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet. -No parties -No smoking weed/cigarettes in the house Warfleigh, a neighborhood in Indianapolis, is home to this vacation home. Fashion Mall at Keystone and Carmel Christkindlmarkt are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Indiana State Fairgrounds and Children's Museum of Indianapolis. Traveling with kids? Make time for Indianapolis Zoo, or check out an event or a game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Great value in a fantastic locationWe stayed here for a Phish weekend and were really happy with the value for the price. Broad Ripple is an awesome neighborhood — walkable, lots of good food and bars nearby — and I’d definitely look to stay in this area again if I’m back in Indianapolis.A few practical notes for future guests: two of the bedrooms can only be accessed by walking through the third bedroom, so if you’re a light sleeper or planning to get up in the night, keep that in mind when assigning rooms. There’s also a small ledge right as you leave the kitchen that’s easy to trip over, especially in the dark, and a few of the light switches in the house didn’t seem to be working. None of this was a dealbreaker for us, just things worth knowing ahead of time.Overall a solid stay and we’d consider booking again.

House was as advertised. Nicely stocked and we appreciated the Brita water pitcher in the fridge. We also enjoyed the Netflix and the stand fan came in handy as the middle room is warm. House was fairly clean but there were a few dead bugs around which wasn’t great in light of having twin babies that crawl. There was a major miscommunication that resulted in us losing a night of our stay but the host was amicable and willing to remedy the situation as best as possible. However, overall, the Host is not prompt with communication which could have helped avoid the issue caused by the miscommunication. We would stay again.

I think it should be noted that you have to travel through one bedroom to get to the other two bedrooms, which was weird and inconvenient for those of us staying in that room. Other than that it was very nice and we would stay again.

Home was excellent. It accommodated me and my family well and I would love to stay again I definitely recommend this home to anyone coming or that is in the Indianapolis area. Had a little hiccup at the beginning but Lucas was extremely helpful and secured the problem right away.
