We were excited to stay here because it had good reviews and we had seen good things about their rooftop and restaurant on main floor. Thursday we had a horrible experience at their rooftop. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday so we wanted to have a nice time. Upon arriving to the rooftop we were told we could sit where we wanted and someone would be with us shortly. 10-15 mins passed and no one had acknowledged us. My husband went up to the bar for a drink. Mind you the other tables around us were getting service and it was not busy. Another 10-15 mins passed and my husband went up to the bar again to let them know since we wanted to order food. Again no one went to us. In total we waited close to 45 mins. No one started coming towards us until they saw us get up and leaving. Also, if you booked through hotels.com make sure you don’t get double charged for your stay. I called them today because I got billed twice and they tried to blame it on the third party. Saying all the information wasn’t sent over, but clearly it was since they saw our reservation when we arrived. The bar tenders at the rivali which was their restaurant on the main floor were great, friendly, and attentive. It was night and day compared to their rooftop.

Great location lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel was really nice and cozy. Great restaurant inside for breakfast and dinner. Truly recommend!

Wonderful location in the Third Ward area of Milwaukee. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We walked to the River and to the shore of Lake Michigan - very easy and great views. Staff was great. Loved the Social Hour!

The hotel is in a good location and has a lot of potential. But it feels like it doesn’t know what it wants to be. It should be a higher end property with a good vibe and good service in a town that desperately needs a higher end property. But it feels like it’s going the other way. So all in all, a decently nice place in a good location with nice staff that just falls short of great.
