We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. You can really feel it’s a family hotel—comfortable, caring, and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!

Kap House is lovely but don’t go to Bansko. We have been to Bansko 6 times but unfortunately it will be our last. The queues for the gondola were terrible, we had to pay for a minibus on our 2nd day or it would literally have taken hours to get up the mountain. Several of the runs were closed (including some at the top of the mountain), it's too busy for the runs that are open even out of high season and it isn't as cheap as it used to be. The old part of town is still very nice, the hotel was great and the people friendly. If you do go to Bansko stay at the Kap House.
