The stay was overall very pleasant. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Room service response time can be improved but I’m giving them the benefit of doubt due to possible short staffing. The day cleaners did a very average job during our stay, taking all our towels but forget to provide new ones. They also left a bag of recyclable rubbish at our door when we return from our day trip. The most memorable aspect of our stay would be the amazing view from their restaurant deck and

This was a huge disappointment on my trip. It’s a very expensive property for what you get. It’s average and yet you’re paying double what you would for other accommodations. Before my stay, I was told a day trip I’d booked had been canceled and when I tried to get a refund on my last night and despite it being 48 hours in advance, I was told I would need to pay full price. It felt like I was stuck there. The photos are views from the restaurant which isn’t even included in the stay, so I’m not sure what you’re paying for. The hot soaks I think used to have a view of the lake but now there is construction and buildings in front of the view so they glass in front of the tubs are frosted so you can’t actually see anything? I guess my point is that this property is over priced and inflexible.

Family of four stayed there for holiday. - Food was AMAZING! We had breakfast and Lounge bites with wine. We still talk about it. - View was just perfect. It would be even better when the construction finishes. - Outdoor hot spa was a bonus but would have been good if we knew about it when we booked the accommodation. We were informed when we checked in and all sessions were already booked out. However, we got to go as there were some cancellations! - All staffs were very friendly and helpful. - I didn’t realise our room & dining were in different buildings. It was cold but ok. - Parking at times were hard to find so we had to park quite far on the first day but ok. - We would love to be back just to eat there :)

Great views of mountains and lake, with small view obstruction from main lobby. Front desk personnel were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were spacious with decent amenities provided.
