It's all right I guess.. definitely not worth the money they challenge but It's still a nice place

Emailed hotel for help and they NEVER responded. Pulled up in the uber to get dropped off out front with a ton of luggage and the bell man did not even move from his spot to come help. Once I got inside they offered to help but it was too late I was already carrying everything. Checked in and just wanted to take a shower get in my robe and order room service. Soon as I put my stuff on the smoke alarm started going off and so I grabbed my belongings and went down stairs. Apparently there was a fire on the 6th floor but we were told it was nothing and the alarm should go off soon. It didn’t because there was a real fire. I went to the bar and ordered some food and then went up to my room. I was told I was getting an upgrade but they put me in some weird ADA room with a shower that got all over the bathroom and everything was built for a person in a wheel chair. Not a 5’8” woman, bad bad lies on their end and it was just not what I thought I’d get staying at. JW Marriott, all in all I’d stay at a cheap hotel for what I got .

We had a great stay at this property. The executive lounge was very well appointed and we enjoyed the rooftop deck area. Very comfortable beds though we wished for more convenient outlets for charging. Staff was friendly and helpful.
