We got a room with a strong smell of urine Than we got moved to a win without ac - it was terrible you could barely breath I’ve been told the manager will reach out after the first night but it never happened Will never come back or recommend

Filthy, unsafe, air conditioner was “broken” and room was oppressively hot, garbage bags in the hallway, questionable/scary people loitering in parking lot and hallways, train runs next to hotel and blares horns on the way through. Run the other way! Never, NEVER, again!

The area around the hotel was a slum. Things were fairly clean but very old and dilapidated. It stunk and people were yelling in the hallway at 3 in the morning. There were also trains honking all night.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews on this place but moving to the area for a new job this place has been a safety net. I got a 4th floor room and stayed two weeks while searching for an apartment and had no complaints. Never saw any bugs. Elevators suck and train is loud, but the area is great. Restaurants, bars, theater, ferry, BevMo, and close to work. Staff is friendly and helpful.
