1-toilet leaked water , was replaced the following day. 2- then the piping made noise all night 3 -Cleaning service was lacking. After a day out visiting, upon return noticed They left cleaning products behind and did not replace towels. After a calling the phone number, was told that nothing could be done that night. Next day 8am service would supply new towels. Had an early departure the following day. Very indifferent to client needs.

Nice, big room, and perfect location! A quite street, but still just a few minutes walk to the centre with beautiful architecture along the way. There was also a small rocky beach just a few minutes away, which was a nice surprise for us. Not so well sound isolated - we stayed in the second floor, and we could here the other guests walking above us in the mornings. The shower cabinet could need an upgrade. Be aware that the "parking in garage" is not actually the hotels garage. It's a public garage 300-400 meters away from the hotel, and it costs around 20 euros for a day. In other words, the hotel doesn't offer parking, so we felt a bit fooled there when arriving by car. The biggest downside was the checkout in the morning. The staff wouldn't let us store our luggage for a few hours before our departure, so we had to carry our luggage around the city for many hours. All in all, a good experience, but a shame that the hotel doesn't offer this basic service to their guests.

Room was good and the receptions was good. But it’s listed as a BandB and the description said breakfast included, but in fact there was no breakfast. Expedia needs to revise its description.

Great location and a very spacious room. It was the perfect place for our one-night stay. There is a covered parking lot (Parcheggio Talete) for $15 per 24 hours, just a 10-minute walk from the b&b.

Difficult to locate; no parking. No twin room available so had to have two rooms for myself and daughter. Very steep stairs to access rooms…….. thankfully helped by manager.
