We had a 2 day stay to attend my son’s wedding for and received very poor services. The shuffle was non existent and I was embarrassed for my wife and 2 daughters when we called 3 times to get additional towels since we had 4 occupants. My daughter made a special project (gift)and asked for scissors or a knife, to no avail. The staff had no awareness what customer service looks like.

I had such a fun time at Isleta! The pool was amazing, nice, and clean, and the fitness area was just as clean and well-maintained. The room was absolutely amazing, comfortable, and made the whole stay even better. Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my experience. I would definitely recommend Isleta to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. I would love to come back again!

The staff was friendly. The property was clean. t, . They did not offer room cleaning at all. They did not take out trash the entire time we were there. We were very disappointed in the bar options around the casino. Other than that I would highly recommend this place.,

Rooms were very nice size! There is a need to refresh and paint. Otherwise quite nice. Food options were very limited. Not what I expected for a hotel that is part of a casino. Menu was very limited, booth was tired and worn material on seats. Great location for airport.
