Rang ahead to say I would be checking in a little late, was told it would be fine. Arrived earlier than I said and there was no staff. Had to book a different hotel at 10pm on a Friday! No night staff, phone left on desk, no one around. Horrendous service! Messaged them and was told why didn’t I ring the night staff… YOU HAD NO NIGHT STAFF! Atrocious, will never book again and will go to all lengths to not only get my money but also get compensation.

the hotel is in an excellent location, right on the sea front and the shopping center only 2 minutes away. it is an older property but well maintained and clean. my room was cleaned each day and the staff were excellent and helpful.

Terribly unhygienic, safety and security issues. Locked out twice, once out of the hotel entirely itself due to faulty lock, second time out of our room due to fault in the key card system- weren’t able to contact anyone from the hotel. Was cheap and somewhere to stay (once we finally got in) at least. Staff were unhelpful when it came to our issues and laughed or just said “sorry”. However waitresses for the “continental breakfast” which wasn’t even continental breakfast were very nice

Very disappointing and unpleasant stay. The rooms were extremely dirty and dusty, the carpet had a horrible smell, and the bed was dirty and uncomfortable. The shower was also not clean. The staff were not helpful when we raised our concerns. Overall, the condition of the hotel was unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend that people think twice before booking this hotel. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
