Only stayed one night so hard to judge but everything was smooth for the short time we were there. Breakfast was decent, got the voucher and saved some money because it’s $24 per person on site

Check in was efficient thanks to Chuck! Unfortunately, it went totally downhill throughout our stay. My room was not serviced even though, I’ve placed ‘please service room’ plaque on the door. I had to informed the front desk in the morning to ensure my room will be cleaned. Upon returning from lunch, my room wasn’t cleaned again. I had to contact the front desk to inform them that I need my room serviced ASAP. After waiting 10 minutes still no response. I had to go down to the front desk to informed them again, I need my room service now! I had to get ready to attend a wedding in the next 30 minutes. Finally, they sent someone to clean my room. It took me 2 attempts to finally get someone to clean my room. This is highly unacceptable for a so called 4-5 stars hotel! I highly don’t recommend staying at this Intercontinental Hotel. It does not live up to the 5 stars standard. It definitely needs a renovation and better temperature control in the room. This stay ruined my entire trip!

Was traveling with my daughter and a friend. Their bathtub was literally filled with hair and dirt, when I called the front desk they said they would send cleaning but no one ever came. I went down to the front desk and they seemed put out and did not even apologize. Finally they sent someone up who just wiped it up with a wet paper towel and left. The in-room fridge had also been pulled out of their cabinet and removed. Only two ice machines were functioning in the entire hotel. Between the filth and the rude staff it was almost laughable. They also lacked smart tvs and the in-room thermostat seemingly had no effect on the room temperature.
