Very comfortable, clean room. We had a large balcony ocean view room, but the sunbed on the balcony could have used some sort of cover as when the sun comes around in the afternoon, it was fully exposed and much too hot to sit outside. The food in their restaurants was very good and staff were very helpful and friendly

Myself and my family recently stayed at your hotel in Phu Quoc Island. We stayed in room 1211 from 7th Sept till 12th September. I regret to inform that there could be a possible bed bug infestation in your hotel room. Myself and my wife have both been bitten by bed bugs all over our body on the first night on 7th September 2026. We thought this could have been a mosquito bite problem but the bites worsened on the 2nd night. The bites also do not appear like mosquito bites and are still persisting now after a week. We moved to sleep in the other bed room for the next 3 nights and the bites improved slightly. Kindly evaluate the room for possible bed bug infestation so that other tourists do not have to go through what we experienced. Thank you

Staff were very warm and welcoming - InterCons greatest asset!. Pool is awesome. Ink 360 sky bar was incredible for sunset cocktails. Overall, a very relaxing few days to break up a long haul flight. We'll be back!!

Top notch hotel. The breakfast has a lot of varieties and is excellent. The site and the beach is wonderful and the staff is incredible, so nice and kind. We loved our stay here.

Extensive and delicious breakfast. Gorgeous pools with ample sunbeds where you can relax underneath palm trees and feel like you’re on a tropical island. Beautiful room and bathroom. Impressive views from rooftop bar which offers delicious snacks (we especially loved the bruschetta) in addition to drinks.
