This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Manchester. Everything about it works well (apart from parking, that's a bit of a walk).

Check in was super easy, and the room is well appointed - I had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The room overlooked the railway but there was no noise heard at all. Breakfast was tasty and hot. The location is great for the city centre and with options for buses, trams and trains. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in Manchester thanks to your hotel's convenient location and warm, pleasant staff. However, I wanted to bring the elevator issues to your attention. Having one lift entirely out of service and the other working only intermittently caused real inconvenience, including a six-floor walk down the stairs. Improving this maintenance would make a great stay even better.
