This is my 3rd stay at this property and sadly I think I'm going to have to make it my last. I am not prissy when it comes to hotels, which is why this place was always a good match for me in the past. It's old and kinda run down but it was always clean enough. Something has happened in the year since my last stay. Let me first say that of the 2 staff people I spoke with one was lovely and one was mean and argumentative. The femme presenting day staff person was kind, helpful and polite. The Night staff person friday night was...difficult. I could have been nicer to start but I just tried to get in bed and found the bedding with many spills on it and the sheets with a cigarette burn and six huge blotches about 6 inches by 8 inches that he didn't seem to think was a reason for me being upset. Do not rent floor 2 and stay out of room 218. The whole floor smelled awful, like a dog bed with bleach poured on it. It was worse inside my room. The carpet had been burned with a big black blotch and the black burned material had been tracked all over the carpet. There were socks and underwear on the windowsill. I was given the wrong room, instead of one King bed I had two small beds. It was fortunate though because between the two beds I was able to cobble together one set of bedding that wouldn't have been tossed out by St Vinnies if someone tried to donate it. Ice machine was in pieces in the hallway. I'm sad cause I liked this place.

The carpets in the rooms were stained and gross, my toilet seat was broken and the water in the toilet never stopped running even though I reported it to the front desk several times. House keeping only cleaned my room once in 4 days. The place in general is pretty run down.

The place was bad from the start the parking was no good and they charged $20 a night to park. the room was right out of a horror movie the ceiling in bathroom had multiple spots that were hanging down due to water damage. the bedspread had stains on it that looked like blood. the blanket under the bedspread had a cigarette burn in it. when I was checking out the elevator was broke down so I had to take the stairs which had a sign that said " for your safety close the door behind you" it was not a good experience and I will not be back.

I wish I could have given this place more stars...the staff is really the shining light here. Staff was friendly and attentive. However...due to their system they put us in a room that had they already put someone in...so the waiting game began...I booked this room a month in advance and not having a room was NOT an option. Again...the staff really was the shining light. We finally get a room...and man, it was musty and smelled of cat urine. Why...I have no clue but definitely did not take our socks off to walk around at all. The area was not the greatest, and definitely saw our fair share of ladies of the night coming in and out and homeless galore.

Great location, not a nice hotel. One staff member was really helpful to move me to a better room, but many broken amenities (elevator out, stairs closed, etc). Stay here if all you care about is the location, but not worth the hassle.

Zero out of 10. Would not recommend. Would actively un-recommend. Would pay extra to un-stay. Checked in and what I got was the kind of place where the carpet has seen things. Dark, mysterious stains that look less like “oops, spilled coffee” and more like “this is where the last guest’s hope died.” Walking across it felt like navigating a crime scene that the CSI team abandoned mid-shift. Definitely didn’t do it barefoot. The shower was a whole separate ecosystem. Mold had claimed the tiles with the confidence of a long-term tenant who stopped paying rent years ago and just started growing. I’m pretty sure it waved at me. I took the world’s fastest shower while making direct eye contact with the black spots and whispering “please don’t evolve.” The walls were mysteriously missing their picture frames. Just empty nails and faded rectangles of slightly less-dirty wallpaper, like the art got up and fled in the night. Honestly? Smart move. I’d have left too. Fellow guests looked like they were all competing for “Most Likely to Appear in a True Crime Podcast.” The elevator was its own experience entirely where I wondered if I’d make it out with my belongings among the fellow riders. The blankets are thin and my hopes of a good nights sleep here were even thinner. Run away from this place.
