The breakfast area is in an old castle room. The food is delicious and the staff always around to help and serve.

Very friendly staff, as central location you could get in Catania. Old building with lots of charm, don’t expect something newly renovated. Simple, good breakfast! Recommend!

Here’s a shorter version that’s still strong and professional: Very disappointing experience. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left two wedding dresses in the wardrobe and contacted the hotel immediately. I was first told they had been found, but shortly afterward I was informed they had made a mistake and the dresses could not be located. These were valuable and irreplaceable items, and it is extremely difficult to understand how they could simply disappear. The contradictory information and the handling of the situation left me with very little confidence in the hotel’s lost-and-found procedures. I expected much better care and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to anyone traveling with valuable belongings.
