This is a good standard hotel which for the price, in peak summer, was decent value. The lobby and restaurant were pleasant and clean. The food was good, and the service in the restaurant was friendly and professional, both in the evening and at breakfast, for which there was a good selection. The room was large and well equipped. Aircon seemed stuck on 26C but as it was 34C outside, it was great! Only downside was the carpet (unusual for an Italian hotel) and bedding looked like it had seen better days (although bedding was spotless). Overall, very positive, especially if you want to spend a day in a shopping centre (not for me!)

Stayed at the Idea for two nights, and I’d recommend having a better idea than booking this place. The air conditioning didn’t work, so the room proudly sat at a tropical 26°C the entire stay. We reported it to reception, but apparently the solution was to let us slowly marinate. The room itself wasn’t much better—stained carpets and , mould in the shower. Breakfast was an experience. The bread was so stale it could probably qualify as a historical artifact, and the coffee tasted like someone waved a coffee bean over a cup of hot water that had been filtered through a wet cardboard box. The only real highlight? The hotel is right next to McDonald’s, where we found an actual breakfast and coffee that tasted like coffee. Never thought I’d be writing a glowing review of McDonald’s, but here we are.

The place needs an upgrade for sure. The bathroom was the worst I ever seen in any Hotels I’ve ever been. I’ve been traveling for over 40 years. People were nice, location is central, breakfast included is nice, at least I have to say good as well, 😊

Air conditioning is handled centrally somehow but even after asking two times could not get it running and hence sleeping in warmer than wanted room. Also requested for some extra pillows which never came. Personnel were friendly but nothing happened. Breakfast was very basic and mediocre. Parking was easy.
