Icon Inn runs like a short-term rental. You check in to a kiosk which then prints the keycard. Rooms were standing open once you go inside. There were no humans around, staff or guests. We seemed to be the only people there. Would not recommend. There was no hand soap at the bathroom sink, no extra TP, and all we found for breakfast was yogurt and packages of oatmeal. It's like the hotel was designed and operated by AI.

Such a lovely little find, we had the best stay and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us! From giving us the best room she had available to driving us to and from the rodeo even though we were a pretty large group, she was the absolute best. We will definitely be back, thanks!

The room was beautiful. There was virtually no breakfast items. We only had towels for one person. It was inconvenient not to have any staff readily available. The Tv was a nightmare for me. After 30 minutes I was able to watch some tv.
