Front desk staff is not friendly and is not welcoming the passengers, but the cleaning and maintenance workers were very friendly and helpful!

We had a wonderful 9-night stay at this hotel. We ended up extending for 2 more nights. Rene at the breakfast area was especially helpful and friendly to us and made our breakfast experience each day a great start to our day.
