I was very disappointed with this hotel. It’s supposed to be a 3-star hotel, but European 3-stars seem to be even worse than American 2-star hotels. I had better amenities at Hampton Inns in the States. We booked a Queen Comfort room. It only had 2 small pillows, and an extra pillow in the closet. There’s only ONE small trash bin, which was in the bathroom. Our room had a Nespresso machine, but the inside of the machine was very dirty (brownish/green around the inside edges). Needless to say, I did not make any espressos in the room. As for bathroom amenities, they only had one shampoo/bodywash/handwash container by the sink & one container in the shower. Thankfully I brought my conditioner. There were 2 towels & a floor towel, but they do not offer hand towels or face towels. That’s pretty absurd. Ibis hotels are truly very low budget hotels. I wish I had booked Mercure Hotel which was on the next block & almost the same price. Mercure is a 4-star, but it looked super old so I didn’t book it. Ibis looked more modern, but it is severely lacking in amenities. Our moms were in a different room w/ 2 twin beds (not comfort room because it was not available at time of booking). Their room didn’t have a Nespresso machine & they only had 2 pillows. We had breakfast at the hotel one day, and it was meh. Lesson learned… only book 4-star & 5-star hotels in Europe. I have always booked 4 or 5-star hotels in the past. I also chose this hotel b/, it’s close to train station. Not worth it

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Gdańsk! It's very clean, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. And I ate luck there one day and it was excellent! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Room was clean and bright staff was on hand all looking after us breakfast was ample they seemed to be enough parking near by and ideally located
