Horrible check in, I lost almost 4 hours of my stay to check in, because of complication with my ID from they side, on the end they did not even apologize

Hotel very basic . Not propedéutica maintenance!! Few things in my room not working! Low water pressure , few Power outlets not working !! Nice location with beach few steps away and supermarket ! Very very friendly and Helpul staff!!!

They over charge in the restaurant by adding crazy numbers like, 10% tip when the service was terrible. I ask for a lemon, salt, cup of water, never arrive plus some crazy taxes (IVA) my bill for 3 persons was 285,00 Colombia pesos a total of $82 US dollars. More than $25 dollars per plate for a piece of Steak and vegetables, not even sea food, just regular simple plate of food.
